Let me start off by saying we had never purchased a vehicle from Theel Toyota before but we had a particular vehicle in mind and Theel Toyota was the only dealership that had one so thats why we ended up there. We walk into the dealership and was met by our sales person Jenny Holzer she extremely friendly and easy to talk to and as we progressed through the process of purchasing a new vehicle there were a few hiccups along the way. Some of the building AC units were not working so it was a tad warm in the building and the computer system crashed and was eventually brought back online which delayed the whole process to no fault of the people working there. Once we got to the finance manager who was very nice to work with we powered through the remaining paperwork and off we went with our new 2024 4-Runner Limited. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and our Sales Person Jenny Holzer was awesome. Highly reccomend Theel Toyota for your next vehicle and definitely reccomend Jenny Holzer. Thank You

Bought a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Brad Rosenfeldt at Cedric Theel Toyota. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Why I feel his customer service is five star is when I was in signing papers, he took my plates off my old car and added the drive away paper in the window, so I could just drive away after I transferred my belongings from old car to new. Very succinct.
