Irvin was a great car salesman! He was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know the answer he would use his resources and answer it as quickly as he could! He was patient with me and took his time during my first car buying process! He would consistently update me on when the car was coming in. Will definitely be going to him again in the future!

I didn't realize that I had called the wrong dealership (don't ask), and I told them my windshield wiper quit working. The man said it might be a quick fix, and I should run it up there. I realized on the way up that it was the wrong dealership, but I sheepishly went inside anyway and identified myself. Not only did they fix my car, they fixed it for free and politely didn't mention that I didn't buy it there! Wow. If they treat strangers like that, their customers must be very happy indeed. Very nice dealership! Purchased three vehicles from Cedric Theel. Most recent is a new Tundra, always have a good experience. Never have had any major vehicle issues but do all my general maintenance there. Great shop, knowledgeable staff, easy to get my vehicles in for service. They have always made my experience top notch from sales to service.
