When I walked into the dealership, everybody was invitingly friendly, and the first salesman I seen I walked up to. I said I’ve been misrepresented by another dealer in man down about a vehicle they had and they lied to me. I’d already looked at this tundra online and I was going to use it for back up. I told him I’ll take that but I’ve gotta take my girls to the hotel and get them. To the hotel and I’ll come back tomorrow about 1 o’clock and buy it. Everything worked out like a Swiss watch. Everybody’s very honest here I appreciate everything you did for me.

I purchased a pre owned vehicle from Cedric Theel. Did the negotiation over the phone. Oscar was fantastic. He was attentive. He answered all my questions promptly. He was honest. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle and sign paperwork, the vehicle was washed and pulled into the garage adjacent to the showroom. I was greeted by Oscar and Elijah. While I was signing paperwork with Cody, the Business Manager, Elijah filled my tank. Everyone I interacted with was an absolute professional. Checked out the Honda CR-V online and headed to the dealership where Chris met me as I was looking at the vehicle. Test drove it, wanted it and Chris and I worked out a price. Process was seamless and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
