Cedric Theel Toyota is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing team in Bismarck, North Dakota. No automotive parts experience is required. We are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts needs, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and help manage stock levels.
• Process parts orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• No experience necessary.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
• We will train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 – $23 per hour
