Job Description

 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth daily service operations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet customers and check in vehicles.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Discuss service outcomes and manage scheduling for drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure accuracy of the service schedule.
  • Communicate updates or changes in service status to customers.
  • Explain services performed, review costs, and process customer payments.

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.

No automotive experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right customer-service-oriented candidate.

Pay: $42,000 – $55,000 per year
