Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth daily service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and check in vehicles.
- Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments.
- Discuss service outcomes and manage scheduling for drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure accuracy of the service schedule.
- Communicate updates or changes in service status to customers.
- Explain services performed, review costs, and process customer payments.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
No automotive experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right customer-service-oriented candidate.
