Schedule: 10-hour shifts, rotating schedule (No nights; rotating weekends as needed)
Pay: $42,000 – $55,000 per year
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for current service advisors

Job Description

Cedric Theel Toyota is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team. Service Advisors serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from vehicle check-in to pick-up.

Current service advisors are strongly encouraged to apply. Current advisors may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check in vehicles for service
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Respond to customer questions regarding service outcomes, scheduling, vehicle drop-off, and pick-up
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure accuracy of the service schedule
• Contact customers regarding service updates, changes, or vehicle pick-up times
• Clearly communicate services performed and associated costs to customers
• Process customer payments accurately

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (required)
• No automotive experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation

• $42,000 – $55,000 per year
• Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates
