I'm from out of town, but I stopped in to check out a Camry they had. Brad and Mason in sales were both excellent. Everyone was great to work with and not pushy whatsoever. I ended up making a great deal all parties were happy with. Can't say enough positive things about this location. Definitely do business here again in the future.

I’m not the biggest fan of the car shopping process but Jenny and the rest of the Cedric Theel team make it easy and stress free as you could ask. Hope not to be car shopping again for awhile but they will be our first stop when that time comes.

I recntly had my Jeep Compass repaired in the body shop. The experience was fantastic. They contaçted me in a timely fashion to keep me informed. The work was completed totally to my satisfaction. This is the second vehicle I've had them fix and I was very satisfied both times. I strongly suggest them for your body work needs.

All of the employees I interacted with here were kind and helpful with any questions that I had or help I needed. Hunter was my salesman and he was great. The sales manager Cody was great too except he did talk over me once which I found to be a bit rude, but maybe he was just in a rush. Granted the vehicle I purchased was used and a fresh trade in so maybe they felt rushed, but whoever did the detailing didn’t do the best job being as there was still garbage on the floor in the back and crumbs under the seats. I am unsure whether or not this dealership details vehicles themselves or sends them somewhere else. Also there was some wires disconnected from the VSV, so whoever inspected the vehicle to make sure it was mechanically good didn’t do the best job. However Cedric Theel Toyota was quick to resolve those issues free of charge!

Went in for some maintenance and came out a week later with a new vehicle. Jenny and every person you meet and deal with at Theel are the best. And when I drive away I know that they are just a phone call away if I ever need anything!

Chris (service technician) and Michael (service advisor) were both helpful with an issue I had. Chris really went above and beyond today. Five stars for customer service and professionalism.

Dropped off my vehicle for service, as they were going to "try" and squeeze me in, which is awesome in itself. Waited for the courtesy car, which was stuck in the wonderful Bismarck road construction. After seeing I had been sitting a while, Mr. Theel offered me a ride back to work. VERY awesome and much appreciated. He definitely didn't have to do this, but did. Thank you!

Highly recommend both Toyota's products and this specific dealership. Bought a 2025 4Runner through Cedric. Brad, the sales manager, and finance manager were all awesome to work with. Gave me a very fair trade in on my truck without nickel-and-dimeing me on the trade. And they let me take the test drive by myself. Wish we would have started our car search with this dealership instead of wasting our time at the Edie dealerships in town. There is a reason we only have Toyota vehicles now.
